Use
New steel structure, movable beam is made of aluminum alloy, needle bed beam and main shaft are qualitatively treated by quenching, tempering and tempering, stripping board and needle bed beam are lifted and lowered by worm gear box to facilitate the adjustment of needle depth, needle plate is controlled by air pressure, CNC needle distribution, incoming and outgoing rollers, stripping board and cotton supporting board are chrome plated, and connecting rod is processed and formed by ductile iron. The guide shaft is forged with 45 # steel, and is subject to turning heat treatment and finishing.
Application
Application:Used for reinforcing the web,it is the necessary equipment for needle punching production.
1. The fluffy fibre batt will be tangled up by the needles' stroke stretches to form a certain strength both at the vertical and cross direction. With auto-circulated lubrication, separate frequency conversion timing controls the drive motor, three kinds of this machine:pre-needling,upstroke and down-stroke.
2. Applicatble to the production of general nonwoven fabrics such as geotextile, needle punched nonwovens, asphalt felt, substrate, etc.
Working principle
the motor drives the needle plate beam up and down through the spindle, eccentric mechanism, guide rod, etc; The cotton mesh is reinforced by repeatedly puncturing the fiber mesh with a needle.
